Professional Indemnity - £5 Million GBP for each claim
This policy provides financial protection for you and is designed to meet the cost of defending claims made against you, including damages that may become payable.
Public & Product Liability - £5 Million GBP for any one event
Public Liability protects you against your legal liability where you accidentally cause damage or loss to someone else’s property and if you accidentally cause injury to someone whilst working at a client’s premises. Product Liability provides protection for you covering claims that may be made against you including:
- Breach of contract for design, production or supply of any software, hardware, firmware, cabling or electronic equipment
- Breach of duty due to unreasonable care and skill
- Negligent misstatement or misrepresentation
- Infringement of intellectual property rights
- Breach of confidential information and defamation
